We will complete, sign and submit all documents and forms on behalf of the applicant and effectively represent the applicant beforethe concerned educational institutions abroad. 

Considering the applicant’s academic qualifications, preferences and financial constraints we will have the right to make the finaldecision of choosing the appropriate colleges or Universities for the applicants as most of the Universities do not communicate negative results. We will not be under any obligation to show any communication of negative results from the universities.

We hold the applicant responsible for the authenticity of the documents submitted for admission.

We help all applicants in preparing for visa after the receipt of 1-20/ Admission letters
A minimum of days time form the date completion of file is required to secure admission for the immediate semester late submission of documents of payments will result in deferring admission or the next semester.

The registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Ii is the student responsibility to arrange the official scores of 
IELTS/TOFEL/GRE/GMAT/SAT from ETS to the colleges if required.
 
Fee is refundable only in the case of failure to secure admission in atleast one college/university.

Agree to the terms and conditions laid down by VORUAN, in securing admission in universities abroad.

Further, l solemnly swear and sincerely state that.

I will be responsible for the authenticity or otherwise of the statements or documents furnished or to be furnished by me.

I will arrange for test score to be submitted from ETS to the universities or colleges abroad directly.

I understand that the final choice of be  selecting the university or college for me lies with VORUAN.

I will obey and abide by your judgment in identify an institution for my admission and that will accept the admission i.e.the1-20 or the appropriate admission document from an accredited institution.

I know that VARUAN guide me for appearing for visa but does not guarantee visa.

I am financially sound enough to undertake education abroad for entire period of my study and l am prepared to oursue thecourse or program even without any financial assistance.

I will submit all the documents as required by VORUAN from time to time and will det them attested see that the documents are legible and rectify and replace them incase of necessary according to the instructions.

I understand that my application can not be processed until l submit all documents as specified by VARUAN and pay the prescribed fees in full.

I am fully aware that a minimum of days / months time is required from the date my file is complete for VARUAN to secure admission for the immediate semester.
